    A mouthwateringly fresh, pristine and intensely flavoured dry German riesling (which means there’s the barest trace of sweetness) with a heady perfume of lavender, white flowers, fresh pear and red apple skin. Beautifully balanced, with an energetic core of pear, apple, lime and white peach – plus some charming suggestions of white Chinese tea – it’s underpinned by a fine chalkiness. Finishing with mouthwatering acidity to counter its subdued sweetness, it’s a wonderful all-round riesling at only 8% alcohol by volume.
