Ripe and juicy, with plenty of varietal flavour and length, this marginally sweet chenin has rather a pungent bouquet of nectarine, peach and melon offset by rather grassy, vegetal nuances. More restrained, the palate delivers a creamy, if slightly viscous presence of peach/melon fruit wrapped in a soft acidity. It finishes with lingering notes of cashew and a hint of sugar.

Coriole is a long-established small wine business in McLaren Vale that applies art and finesse to its long-living expressions of the region's popular specialities of shiraz, sangiovese and semillon.
