Brightly scented with cassis and dark plums backed by smoky, chocolatey oak and nuances of dried herbs, this medium to full-bodied shiraz presents a vivacious palate whose pristine dark fruits, fresh oak and licorice notes are framed by a fine, drying undercarriage and wrapped in a lively acidity.

Coriole
Coriole is a long-established small wine business in McLaren Vale that applies art and finesse to its long-living expressions of the region's popular specialities of shiraz, sangiovese and semillon. Typically, the current releases are spotlessly made, over-deliver for their price points and offer an alluring combination of flavour, poise and elegance, all the way from the astonishing Redstone Shiraz to the flagship Lloyd Reserve. Coriole's whites are typically fine and seamless, gentle and savoury. It's so easy to see why I look forward to tasting its wines every year.
