Hoosegg
Legendary winemaker Philip Shaw has created what appears to me to have been a China-focused project, if the bottle shapes and sizes, seals and nomenclature (not to mention the prices) provide any clue. The wines tasted to date are finely crafted and it's obvious that Shaw is aiming for elegance and refinement. However, they lack the length and weight of genuine fruit for me to rate them more highly.
