Fresh cedar/vanilla oak and scents of cracked pepper lift the violets, cassis and dark plum aromas of ripe Barossa shiraz. Its luscious expression of dark, marginally sour-edged fruit and polished new oak extends rich and juicy towards a long, faintly spirity finish.
