A forward, rather luscious and juicy shiraz whose assertively oaked bouquet of redcurrant and blood plums reveals smoky mich, vanilla and chocolate influences. Initially polished and creamy - almost bordering soupy - it then falls a little short and thin towards the finish, revealing some slightly edgy under and over-ripe notes.
