A stylish, flavoursome modern chardonnay whose emphasis on bright grapefruit, white peach and melon-like fruit is deftly backed with restrained oak and nutty, creamy, nougat-like yeast-derived influences. It's long and focused but has a ripe core of fleshy flavour, extending with translucent brightness and intensity down a fine, slatey spine towards a crisp, focused and refreshing finish.
