Battle of Bosworth
The Bosworth family has been growing grapes in McLaren Vale since the 1840s, while this generation has been involved since the early 1970s. Exemplified by the ripe releases from 2013, Battle of Bosworth reds are typically richly fruited, smooth and approachable. They're not overly finessed or fussy, but they're hardly expensive. Back in 1995 the Bosworths began the conversion of their 80 ha of vines near Willunga to an organic system of management.
