With winemaking experience in Australia, France and Portugal, red wine specialists Dominic and Krystina Morris planted a vineyard comprising 5.5 ha of shiraz, 2 ha of both tempranillo and cabernet sauvignon plus a few rows of malbec at Bridgewater on Loddon near Bendigo in western Victoria. The wines are typically polished and complex, with regional power and richness.
