It’s polished, long and juicy, with a vivacious core of small berry flavour and cedary oak supported by fine, drying, powdery tannins and finishing with true persistence. Everything is in place for a long cellar life.

Medium in body, it’s long, mouthfilling and gentle, with a translucently clear palate underpinned by fine, slatey tannins. It finishes smooth and refreshing. A wonderful summer wine.

A fragrance of red and blue berries, red cherries nsd rose petals reveals suggestions of underbrush, spice and citrus oil. Medium in body, it reveals a plump core of juicy flavour that extends down a powdery spine of fine tannins towards a long and refreshing finish. It makes you feel Spring has sprung.

It’s creamy and vivacious, extending long and smooth down a pithy spine towards a mouthwatering finish of lemony acids. A proper sauvignon blanc – fruit-driven and textural.
