A beautifully measured, stylish and savoury Champagne (100% chardonnay) whose alluring bouquet of yellow flowers, creamy yeasty notes, white peach and a hint of mineral is evolving some toasty, buttery aspects. It’s superbly long, finishing with a refreshing and almost bone-dry finish of brittle, but tightly knit acidity.
