Smooth and luscious, with its plush, evenly ripened and minty presence of cassis, dark plums, mulberries knit with cedary oak and underpinned by fine, velvety tannins, itÕs finely balanced and persistent.
Elegant, finely crafted and restrained, this is a deeply flavoured, long-term wine of balance and finesse. Scented with slightly toasty, chocolatey and violet-like aromas of blackberries, dark plums and cassis backed by a hint of iodide, itÕs pristine, polished and tightly focused. A long, translucent palate of pure dark fruits and fresh cedar/vanilla oak is wrapped around a fine, firmish spine of dusty tannins and a fresh, tight-knit acidity.
Stylish and complete, this elegant, long-term cabernet has a violet-like perfume of cassis, plums and sweet cedar/dark chocolate oak. A delicious core of faintly earthy, cassis-like and dark plum fruit knits seamlessly with cedary oak and drives with strength and length down its firm, chalky backbone, finishing with lingering nuances of dark olives and menthol.
An intensely flavoured riesling whose delicate, lightly spicy aromas of lime juice and minerals impart a distinctive stony quality. Wrapped in clean, lemony acids, it’s plump and fleshy, with a spicy expression of tangy lime juice, apple and lemon rind. It finishes tight and focused, with suggestions of minerals and bathpowder.
A piercing fragrance of lime juice, minerals, pear and white flowers precedes a long, tangy, tightly sculpted and austere palate of pleasing intensity. Penetrative, fresh flavours of lime and lemon are focused around its taut acidity and lingering minerality. It finishes with just a hint of candied fruit.
A classic leaner, sculpted lower alcohol style set for the long term. Scented with tangy penetrative aromas of lemon and lime zest with undertones of chalky minerality, itÕs long, lean, genuinely ripe, bright and focused. Underpinned by a fine powdery chalkiness, itÕs brightly, almost lusciously flavoured, with penetrative citrusy fruit wrapped in fresh, taut acidity.
