A creamy, musky and floral bouquet of white peach, grapefruit, lemon and red apple skin reveals suggestions of guava, matchstick oak, spice and mineral. Medium in weight, it’s smooth and gentle, with a translucent core of stonefruit, pear, apple and citrus flavours that build steadily towards an emphatic finish. Underpinned by fine, slatey phenolics, it’s effortlessly long and finely balanced, finishing with purity and poise.
A creamy, vanilla and buttery chardonnay whose bright aromas of white peach and nectarine precede a round, generous, smooth and unctuous palate of pristine, approachable primary fruit flavour and gentle oak. It’s long, mouthfilling and bursting with a delightful combination of fruit, oak and yeast-derived complexity, finishing with freshness and focus.
A deliciously complete, fragrant and complex sparkling wine reveals a delicate but floral perfume lifted by notes of brioche with undertones of white peach, grilled nuts and nougat. It’s rounds and generous, with a fine, crackly bead and a palate length that drives long and stylishly towards a lingering finish whose faint sweetness is tightly balanced by mouthwatering acids, bubbles and texture.
Laced with aromas of bakery yeasts, brioche and toasty scents of butter and toast, this crunchy, crackly and creamy sparkling wine has what the French would describe as a wildness about its richness and power of palate and the dry, faintly meaty and savory finish that follows. It’s a de luxe wine with a fine, crackly bead and a lingering core of fruit that drives long and compete towards the kind of dryness that simply suggests a partnership with something closely resembling a freshly sucked oyster. Dry, savoury, complex and complete; outstanding.
