With a Sancerre-like pungency, a powerful snap pea-like herbaceousness and a faint sweatiness, this intense young wine reveals penetrative aromas of passionfruit, lychees, cassis and gooseberries backed by funky notes of iodine and brine. Piercing and pristine, long and chalky, its fine, steely palate finishes with briny, nettle-like notes and a tightly focused acidity.
