Bay of Fires is an exceptional brand of finely crafted wines of individual style and quality which tend towards more complex, savoury and European expressions with arresting perfumes and delicate palate structures. While the current releases are a little below their established standard, the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc are typically amongst the finest of their kind in Tasmania. Depending on the season, these wines are sourced from up and down the State.
