A chewy, round and generous Cava from Penedes in Spain, this smooth, creamy sparkling wine is long, dry and refreshing. With scents of spearmint and dried herbs, it wraps its lively core of peachy, custard apple-like flavour in a refreshing acidity. Terrific value.
