A mouthwateringly fresh, pristine and intensely flavoured dry German riesling (which means there's the barest trace of sweetness) with a heady perfume of lavender, white flowers, fresh pear and red apple skin. Vibrant and translucently clear flavours of lime, lemon, apple and pear-like fruit drive long and bright down a fine chalky, bathpowdery palate towards a refreshing, dry finish. Simply delicious!
