The private label of Dylan McMahon and Matt Burton, operators of Seville Estate and Gundog Estate. The wines are chardonnay and pinot noir sourced from individual Yarra Valley sites and can be quite interesting. I would rate them more highly if they revealed more by way of fruit weight and richness.
