The evening commences with a tasting of eight wines – from Australia, France, Italy and Spain – with an array of classic dishes from Nam Nam restaurant. Then we relax through an exclusive performance by talented Chinese-born singer Jacey Zhang with her guitarist in the Rockin’ Purple duo, the versatile Michael Craig.
