We started the process last night, but I’m here at Peccavi Estate in Margaret River to capture on video the wines and story of this truly remarkable vineyard, the highest in the region and without a single flat space on the rolling hills of its spectacular site. Jeremy Muller, who ran a money desk in Singapore when he bought and redeveloped the property before creating the Peccavi brand, is a little-known hero of Australian wine who has successfully strived to bring a contemporary understanding of world wine into the Australian market. The wines, which have won a string of the most important international awards going, add a new dimension to Margaret River and Australian wine.
