I’m really pleased to let you know that after discovering weaknesses in the Favourite list process, we have fully revised and upgraded the system. It’s now very simple to use. Once you add a wine to your list – which is now very easy to do – you can immediately see the wine in your list. If the system doesn’t recognise it straight away, don’t worry. It will be added into the system and you will be personally notified via the App and email once your addition is recognised and is then influencing the list of wines we are recommending to you.

After a false start here, I’m now totally confident that we have developed a simple, world-leading system to assist you buy precisely the wines that suit your palate.
