Delatite
One of the coolest, latest sites in mainland Australia is ideally suited to the lean, perfumed, floral and mineral rieslings, pinot gris, sauvignon blancs and gewźrztraminers that have become its speciality. The 2013 collection of white wines, especially the Riesling and Dead Man's Hill Gewźrztraminer, are deeply aromatic, savoury and mineral Đ typical long-term Delatite styles. I donŐt often comment on the views from wineries, since others get about them much more often, but DelatiteŐs is spectacular.
