Hill-Smith Estate is a mature Eden Valley vineyard linked through common ownership to the Yalumba winery. Recent vintages have witnessing a change in the style of its popular Sauvignon Blanc towards a more savoury, austere and grown-up expression of the variety, while the Chardonnay is re-emerging as a finely crafted wine of flavour and elegance.
