Its spicy aromas of slightly cooked plums and a hint of prune are exotically scented with cinnamon, cloves and white pepper, with a reserved background of vanilla oak. A pleasingly generous, fleshy and vibrant expression of black fruits plays along the fine-grained palate whose bony tannins provide admirable structure. Finishes with a savoury, peppery note.

Bremerton
Bremerton is a maker of very ripe, intensely fruited, generously oaked and affordable red wines suited to immediate enjoyment. Recent years have seen a pleasing refinement, as the wines now appear more elegant and less chunky, with an improved sense of balance and elegance, but without compromising an iota of flavour. As they become more elegant, they're able to cellar for longer. Bremerton is refocusing its white wine endeavours towards Italian varieties.
