Backed by scents of smoked bacon, creme caramel and creamy nougat-like complexity, its pristine aromas of grapefruit, lemon and yellow peach knit tightly with fresh vanilla/butter oak. Long and fluffy, with a pristine core of citrusy fruit and toasty cashew/vanilla oak, it culminates in a gentle, supple finish of mouthwatering acids. A significant style change from the wilder, more funky expressions of previous vintages.

Bay of Fires
Bay of Fires is an exceptional brand of finely crafted wines of individual style and quality which tend towards more complex, savoury and European expressions with arresting perfumes and delicate palate structures. While the current releases are a little below their established standard, the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc are typically amongst the finest of their kind in Tasmania.
