Mount Horrocks Chardonnay 2004
$23.00
Floral and lightly spicy, with a peachy fragrance of orange blossom and creamy, nutty undertones. Smooth and elegant, itÕs an early-drinking wine with pristine stonefruit flavours wrapped in citrusy acids, with a lingering note of reductive complexity.

Winery
Mount Horrocks
Mount Horrocks is a long-established small Clare Valley producer whose range includes a delightfully fresh and faintly smoky barrel-fermented Semillon and the popular regional dessert wine benchmark of Cordon Cut Riesling. While its shapely Riesling is typical of the region, the Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon each delivered finely crafted wines from the 2013 vintage.
