Located on the grounds of Werribee Park, Shadowfax is steadily acquiring vineyard sites and long-term relationships with growers all over Australia to provide its diverse range of regional specialty wines. They're all very competently made by Alister Timms; typically spotlessly clean and very true to variety and region. The recent pinot noirs from Macedon are a step up in sophistication and style.
