Today owned by Australian Yinmore Wines, a business related to Chinese food-producing giant Bright Foods, Knappstein is a mature wine business and a very reliable and professional outfit capable of delivering great value and quality from its inexpensive but often very surprising Cabernet Merlot all the way up to its premier Enterprise Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. Knappstein also presents a more floral, slatey and generous expression of Clare Valley riesling.
