Adam Foster is a former chef who became hooked on wine while working at one of Melbourne's iconic wine destinations of yesteryear, Walter's Wine Bar. His Syrahmi label dates back to 2004 and today stands for a series of ambitiously stylish and unashamedly Rh™ne-inspired series of table wines from the red Rh™ne trio of shiraz, grenache and mourvŹdre.
