Underpinned by a fine, firmish and mineral spine, its vivacious core of pristine fruit fills the mouth with layers of flavour and texture, culminating a lingering finish of red licorice and a hint of molasses. Wrapped in a gentle, soft acidity, it’s ready to enjoy now or over the next 2-5 years.
