Intense aromas of dark berries, dark chocolate, dark flowers and licorice precede a sumptuous but finely honed palate that drives with length and shape down a finely textured backbone, finishing with freshness and purity. It’s medium to full-bodied in weight, luscious and approachable, and at its price is an excellent introduction to this grape variety.
