Nepenthe
Nepenthe is a mature wine business in the Adelaide Hills that is now a part of Australian Vintage Limited, formerly McGuigan Simeon. The current releases are a mixed bag Đ either rather classy and polished or showing signs of issues either in vineyard or cellar. By and large, however, I am very enthusiastic about Nepenthe, especially its Gate Block Shiraz, Ithaca Chardonnay and Petraea Sauvignon Blanc.
