The energetic vine-growing, wagyu beef-grazing, gourmand and wine hedonist Neil Prentice somehow finds the time to get his King Valley vineyard tended and harvested for his complex and delightfully left-of-centre HollyŐs Garden wines. Quality of course will vary from season to season in such a cool location, but the ability of these wines to provide something different or unexpected remains a constant.
