Dal Zotto is a popular maker of traditional, robust and rustic red wines of character and charm, but also within its expansive range is a delightfully refreshing and focused Riesling, a savoury Arneis and a chalky Pinot Grigio. Dal Zotto is also responsible for AustraliaŐs first commercial production of the Venetian sparkling wine of Prosecco, making a deliciously refreshing and nutty example that remains marginally drier than most of its European counterparts. It has also refined its Sangiovese over the years and in 2012 has produced a wine of delicious complexity and savoury quality.
