Now in its third decade, Claymore is a vibrant Clare Valley wine producer whose founder, Anura Nitchingham, is devoted to the fortunes of the Liverpool Football Club. The reds are typically ripe, juicy and generous in a slightly old school American oaked way. Its riesling can be taut, lean and long-term.
