Castelli is an emergent small maker overlooking the township of Denmark. Its best wines are an elegant, typically fine-grained and regional Cabernet Sauvignon and a Riesling that is showing some promise. The vineyard was planted in 2004, so it's reasonable to expect some significant improvement in fruit quality over the next few years as the site gains some age.
