Castagna
Castagna is one of BeechworthŐs clan of high-quality and high-elevation small vineyards. Sangiovese performed best from the cooler 2015 season, with an artful La Chiave and a finer, more elegant Un Segreto. Castagna's whites are made in a more evolved and oxidative style, being already quite complex and ready to enjoy by time of release. The first vintage of Barbarossa Nebbiolo Đ a very convincing wine from 2015 Đ suggests that this variety might have also discovered a new home.
