Campbells
Campbells is a long-established family winery in Rutherglen, best known for its collection of fortified wines and its richly flavoured, but soft and smooth duo of Bobbie Burns Shiraz and The Barkly Durif, which have been joined in recent years by the handsomely oaked and densely flavoured The Brothers Shiraz. Campbells' reds aren't the traditional regional blockbuster style Đ far from it! Instead they are quite reserved and polished, with lively, rarely overripened flavour and gentle, approachable palates that make them perhaps more friendly than they should be while young. The best, however, do cellar rather well.
