Jeremy’s score 95/100Perhaps the most sophisticated and savoury sauvignon blanc yet from this maker and a real Loire Valley look-alike, with an intensely aromatic bouquet of gooseberries, dried herbs and creamy yeast-derived notes lifted by delightful floral perfume. Initially round and very intense, its precise flavours of gooseberry, melon and a hint of passionfruit extend long and gentle towards a nutty, savoury finish punctuated by a vibrant, lemony finish.
