$58.00Jeremy’s score 94/100Alluring, dark maturing cabernet aromas of violets, dark berries and plums, cedar and cigarbox, reveal nuances of polished leather and smoked meats. Deeply layered and gravelly, medium to fullish in weight, it’s firm and textural, with a deep core of dark fruit and creamy oak that drives long and savoury, finishing with a hint of rustic complexity. Definitely more Old World than new, and easily able to surpass some significantly more expensive competition.
