Likely to evolve relatively quickly into a sumptuous leathery and meaty wine this ultra-ripe young pinot does have a powerful measure of dark pruney meaty redcurrant-like fruit a firm rod-like spine of kernelly tannins and a pleasing length of flavour Its backed by suggestions of cigarboxes cherry kernel and tea tin and builds towards an assertive finish

Earthy meaty and evolving with a smoky bouquet of black cherries blackberries dark plums and five spice with nuances of charcuterie meats minerals and animal hide Underpinned by smooth tannins and tight-knit oak its medium in weight supple and fine-grained but lacks great length and intensity
A gentle silky pinot likely to build complexity and depth Its earthy slightly raisined and meaty aromas of dark berries maraschino cherries and baked earth are lifted by spicy floral notes Its supple fine and dusty with delicate fruit supported by fine crunchy tannin
Sweet aromas of cherries violets and rose petals with undertones of baked earth and dried herbs precede a soft smooth and generous palate whose slightly under and over-ripened flavours of dark cherries and plums raisins and beetroot just falls away towards the finish Just lacks the emphasis of truly ripe fruit
