Rustic, earthy and faintly meaty, with scents of red berries, plums and flowers, it’s lifted by notes of musk and spice. Its long, even palate of spotlessly crafted fruit is underpinned by a drying, powdery spine and finishing dry and savoury. Give it a short while for some reduction to dissipate.
