Flavoursome and approachable, this firm but early-drinking cabernet presents a slightly cooked and earthy expression of cabernet, with hints of stress beneath its cassis, plum and cherry-like fruit. It lacks great length and finishes slightly raw and cedary, with mint/menthol undertones.
Jammy, sweet and simple, this long, firm and fine-grained young cabernet has a slightly cooked aroma of dark plums, red berries, blackberries and cedary oak with light minty undertones. Sumptuously backed by chocolate/cedary oak, its juicy and slightly sweet palate of dark berry and plum-like flavours is firm and fine-grained, but just a little simple and straightforward.
Restrained flavours of slightly stewed dark berries and plums are backed by earthy, seaweed and iodide-like nuances. Supported by a slightly insipid spine of green-edged tannin, its moderately full palate lacks genuine length and ripeness, finishing with briny, salty notes.
Elegant and balanced, but just slightly cooked, this smooth and polished cabernet has a lightly smoky and herbal bouquet of dark plums, blackberries, cassis and sweet vanilla oak whose undertones of mint and menthol also pervade its long and mineral palate. Underpinned by fine, drying and grippy tannins, it finishes with a hint of saltiness.
Slightly caramelised and herbal, with a reserved cedary, bouquet of sweet red fruits and vanilla oak. Medium-bodied, smooth and gentle, its modest length and depth of sweet red berry/plum flavour and retrained oak is underpinned by a fine extract of minerally tannin.
Another elegant, supple and finely crafted cabernet under this label. Its vibrant bouquet of cassis, fresh cedar/vanilla oak and dried herbs reveals a hint of blood plum and mulberry. Long and restrained, its pristine, pastille-like expression of cassis and dark plums is tightly knit with cedary oak and a dusty, firmish backbone, finishing with harmony and persistence.
Stylish and pristine, scented with violets, cassis, dark plums and cedar; long and elegant, with measured tannins and vibrant fruit.
Leafy and herbal, with light cassis and mulberry-like fruit knit with light oak, it finishes simple and sappy.
