Dusty, herbal and asparagus-like scents of lychee and honeydew melon reveal smoky chevre-like undertones, while its juicy, vibrant palate of fresh melon and gooseberry flavour finishes clean, lively and fractionally sweet. Moderately long, juicy and slightly sappy, it’s forward and lively, with a finish of slightly metallic acids.
Long and shapely, this distinctively floral and mineral white blend has a perfume of passionfruit, lychees and gooseberries backed by fresh grassy undertones. Intense and pristine, its generous palate is underpinned by a powdery texture. Extended by the length and acidity of its semillon component, it culminates in a fresh, mineral and racy finish.
Taut and focused, with lightly mineral aromas of gooseberries, passionfruit, snow pea and nettles. Initially round and juicy, it extends well down the palate, becoming crisp and clean, with a finely powdered undercarriage. It finishes with a hint of quite herbaceous and slightly under-ripened semillon.
Finely textured and briny, this refreshing and tightly focused blend has a bright, tropical aroma of paw paw
and grapefruit and lime juice whose minerality continues beneath its racy, slatey and faintly herbal palate. Long and balanced, it finishes with refreshing acidity.
Harmoniously blended, this fine regional blend reveals a pristine bouquet of passionfruit, gooseberries and lychees underpinned by a nettle-like herbaceousness. Its juicy, deeply flavoured and mouthfilling fruit finishes long and luscious, with an arresting, tangy acidity.
A fresh, lively white blend whose smooth, almost oily palate is dominated by its sauvignon blanc component. Fresh, nettle-like aromas of honeydew melon, gooseberries and a hint of lychee precede a long and brightly lit palate that finishes with soft acidity and a lingering hint of bathpowder.
