Tightly balanced, finely polished and presented, this smooth and pliant red marries piercing and penetrative blackberry and plum-like flavour with newish mocha/dark chocolate oak and firm, powdery tannin. Its minty small berry/cherry aromas reveal undertones of eucalypt, menthol and a faint meatiness, while its sumptuous palate is long, even and finely balanced.
A medium to full-bodied cabernet blend with a floral perfume of sweet small black and red berries and cedar/vanilla oak over nuances of dark olives, dried herbs and chocolate. Long and lean, its smooth, rather sour-edged palate of bright plum and berry flavours and smooth oak is framed by a fine-grained astringency, finishing long and savoury, with ferrous and slightly salty undertones.
Ripe and assertive, this firm, rustic cabernet blend has an intense floral bouquet of black and red berries, cedar/vanilla/chocolate oak and rustic, baked earth undertones. ItÕs long and pliant, with deep, penetrative if very slightly stewy plum, redcurrant and berry flavours framed by a robust extract of powdery, mouth-coating tannins, finishing long and savoury.
Lightly spicy aromas of citrus and tropical fruits reveal floral and herbal complexity, while a supple, juicy and moderately viscous palate of lively tangerine, melon and stonefruit flavours finishes long, nutty and savoury, with a persistent core of fresh, vibrant fruit.
Scented with spicy, slightly candied aromas of honeysuckle and meaty influences over greenish, cashew-like notes, this juicy, smooth and creamy white is round and quite viscous, finishing slightly sweet, with moderate length and soft acids.
Charmingly complex, long and savoury, with a floral bouquet of apricot, guava, apple and lemon rind backed by spicy notes of clove and cinnamon. Viognier-driven, itÕs round and juicy, with a restrained but unctuous mouthful of creamy, lemony and stonefruit flavour given length and freshness by the lingering nutty qualities and acidity of marsanne.
