An unusual, distinctive and food-friendly dry white that simply cries out for antipasto. Its restrained, slightly floral bouquet of stonefruit and minerals has a measured reductive aspect, while its luscious palate has an almost syrupy viscosity before finishing dry and nutty, with a lingering core of fruit and a briny tang.
Very stylish, tightly focused and refreshing, this brisk and flavoursome fiano is just beginning to evolve some waxy complexity. Its delicate, creamy bouquet of white and yellow flowers, citrusy fruit and a faint minerality precedes a delightfully long, trim palate whose tangy, mouthfilling flavours of lime juice, apple and lemon culminate a bright finish of taut acidity.
Delicate, faintly floral aromas of pear, apple, melon and a hint of white peach precede a smooth, nutty palate whose restrained length of lively fruit finishes with savoury, drying and nutty qualities in rather an Old Worldly manner.
Zesty scents of lemon rind and white flowers; luscious and citrusy, finishes tangy and clean.
