Medium to full-bodied, the finest shiraz yet made by this maker marries meaty evolution of flavour with a deep core of pure, vibrant fruit. Deep aromas of blackberries and dark plums underpin complex, funky notes of animal hide, polished leather and wet wool. Its smooth, supple palate marries intense fruitfulness with gamey, cedary oak influences, pliant fine tannins and a lingering spiciness. Despite its complex development, it has a long cellaring future.

A fine, leaner cellaring chardonnay likely to flesh out with time in the bottle. Rather closed, its youthful aromas of apple, pear, melon and white peach are backed by restrained waxy, vanilla oak and a hint of spice. Underpinned by a fine line of acidity, its gently oaked, long and elegant palate of restrained apple and peach-like flavour reveals hints of vanilla and clove, finishing with charming balance and tightness.
Restrained and stylish, with a bright, slightly floral and waxy bouquet of stonefruit, vanilla and cashew-like oak and a marginally candied palate wrapped in a mouthwatering, lemony acidity. It shows fine balance between fruit, oak and creamy, nutty complexity.
