Exceptionally elegant, focused and shapely, this finely balanced and long-living shiraz has a fragrant, spicy bouquet of briary cassis, blackberry and blueberry fruit backed by a smoky note of Sichuan pepper, fresh cedar/chocolate/vanilla oak and a hint of graphite. Its deep, almost pastille-like dark berry fruit delivers emphatic varietal intensity, knits tightly with fresh oak and a firmish, drying undercarriage and moves seamlessly down the palate towards a finish of great length and freshness. A wine for the ages.
Finely balanced, this smooth, polished shiraz has a faintly peppery bouquet of violets and rose petals, cassis and dark plums backed by minty, menthol notes and reserved cedar/vanilla oak. ItÕs medium to full-bodied, with an evenly paced presence of cassis, cranberries, dark plums and briary notes knit with sweet cedary oak and polished tannins, finishing fresh and moderately long.
A beautifully balanced, pure and mouthwatering young shiraz whose faintly smoky, peppery aromas of juicy cassis, blackberries, raspberries and sweet cedar/vanilla oak are lifted by scents of violets and exotic spices. Full to medium-bodied, itÕs long and elegant, with pristine small berry and plum flavours deftly knit with fine-grained oak, powdery tannins and a refreshing acidity, finishing with exceptional persistence and harmony. ItÕs still very primary and elemental and should cellar wonderfully well.
Artfully balanced and complete, this elegant and deeply flavoured shiraz has a lustrous, wild and floral bouquet of cassis and violets laced with cracked black pepper and exotic spice. Full to medium-bodied, itÕs long and richly flavoured with brightly lit notes of pastille-like cassis, raspberries and blueberries tightly knit with sweet cedar/vanilla oak and underpinned by a firmish, pliant spine of fine, crunchy tannins. Wrapped in a deliciously fresh and taut acidity, it finishes with wonderful freshness and WendoureeÕs typically linear focus.

A little more emphatic than its medium to full-bodied palate weight, it delivers a smooth, deeply flavoured and finely structured palate of luscious red berry/plum fruit and reserved oak that extends with elegance and focus down a long, drying and tightly structured palate underpinned by fine, crunchy tannins. It finishes with freshness and brightness.
Long-term, fullish to medium in weight, with a vibrant expression of red, blue and black berries, dark plums and cedary oak backed by nuances of cola, dusty oak and baked earth. Supported by a fine, firmish spine of crunchy, gravelly tannins, it reveals more malbec vegetal character with aeration, finishing with freshness, style and elegance.
