Long, spotless and stylish, with delicate passionfruit, gooseberries and creamy vanilla oak.
Pristine, intense and juicy; passionfruit, gooseberries, melon and tropical fruits extend long and luscious down a dry, mouthfilling palate wrapped in tangy lemony acids.
A typically herbaceous expression of Margaret River semillon with the gooseberry/lychee characters of sauvignon blanc backed by some creamy, nutty complexity. It’s generous and juicy.
A reserved and lightly smoky semillon whose lightly dusty and grassy characters combine with lively gooseberry and melon fruit, hints of green beans and a soft, chalky acid texture and finish. Lacks great length, but makes an attractive prospect to enjoy now.
A fine expression of the so-called ‘WA Classic’ style, scented with smoky, herby and rather focused guava, lemon rind and mineral aromas, with a light background of fine-grained vanilla oak. Juicy and fleshy, fine and creamy, it will settle into a thick, toasty wine with layers of texture and flavour.
Slightly over-oaked semillon whose citrusy, nutty, lightly herbal and nettle-like fruit aromas are overshadowed by overt sweet, charry and vanilla oak influences. Long, tight and elegant, with lively melon flavours culminating in a drying, toasty finish and refreshing acidity.
A very elegant, fine and silky semillon whose delicate herbal and lightly citrusy aromas precede a long, smooth and creamy palate. Backed by slightly charry oak, its pristine melon and lightly herbal/green pea fruit is tautly bound by crisp and refreshing acid.
A savoury, spicy and peppery Rhone-influenced shiraz whose vibrant flavours of ripe plums, raspberries, cherries and blackcurrants are well matched with cedar and vanilla oak and firm, ripe tannins. It finishes with lingering earthy complexity.
