Slightly candied, talcum-like aromas of lemon sherbet, lime juice and white flowers precede a smooth, round and luscious palate of intense, but restrained flavour. Its vibrant presence of apple, pear and lime finishes slightly edgy, with a tangy lemony acidity and a hint of spice.
Candied, floral and estery, with lime juice, white peach, apricot and lemon rind aromas over sherbet-like suggestions of bathpowder, it presents a juicy, luscious and generously flavoured palate of slightly confectionary fruit.
Gentle, uncomplicated and flavoursome, this estery and slightly candied riesling has a fresh aroma of white peach, pear and lemon blossom. Its fine, elegant palate of pear, apple and peach-like flavour has a supple backbone, depth and length of fruit, and finishes with a faint sweetness ably balanced by clean, lemony acids.
Musky, floral and intensely flavoured, this generous and brightly flavoured riesling has a punchy, almost pungent bouquet of lime juice and lemon lifted by scents of white flowers, musk and backed by a mineral hint of bathpowder. ItÕs juicy, crunchy palate fills the mouth with intense if not complex flavour, finishing marginally sweet with a lemon sherbet note.
Very focused and stylish Ð and the best wine under this label for a decade. Its fresh, schisty bouquet of lime and lemon rind, chalk and a hint of mineral is lifted by an estery scent of white flowers. Very austere and steely, with a long, fine line of fruit backed by a fine chalkiness, itÕs intensely flavoured and tightly wound around a racy cut of refreshing acidity. It does need time.
Long and stylish, with a toasty, slightly waxy and spicy bouquet of fresh white flowers, lime juice and apple with faintly smoky notes of Pu-erh tea. ItÕs marginally sweet, but long and deeply flavoured with a fresh slightly toasty presence of lime juice, lemon juice and fresh apple underpinned by a taut acidity that lends shape and focus.
Ripe and generous, reflective of a warmer season, with a spicy and slightly confectionary bouquet of lime juice and lemon rind lifted by a floral perfume. ItÕs long and juicy, with a generous presence of fruit and a slightly austere acidity, finishing with lingering core of fruit and a faint sweetness.
A generous, stylish and juicy riesling whose punchy, slightly oily and toasty bouquet of lime juice and lemon rind reveals spicy, estery aspects. ItÕs luscious and richly weighted with fruit, delivering a pleasing length of flavour underpinned by a fine chalkiness and mineral notes, finishing with a lively, lemony acidity.
